Department of Applied Physics

 

As of 1 January 2011, the Personnel Office of the Department of Applied Physics is staffed as follows:

HR Services:           Linda van den Boomen, Marco Bos 
HR Advice:              Wilma van Eck

 

Division of tasks

 

Linda and Marco serve as the initial contact points for:

•        schemes, procedures and employment conditions,
•        employer’s testimonials,
•        pay and pay slip-related questions,
•        posting vacancies on the website,
•        application of permits for foreign staff.

Furthermore, they process staff changes and all appropriate correspondence (appointment, dismissal, changes in working hours, changes of address, etc.).

 

Wilma is the initial contact point for: 

•        job performance and appraisal interviews,
•        secretary of advisory committees,
•        training and personal development,
•        socio-medical issues,
•        policy-related matters.

 

Availability

Linda :            from Monday to Friday
Marco:            from Monday to Friday-morning
Wilma:            from Monday to Friday.
