Photonics and Semiconductor Nanophysics

Welcome to the homepage of the group Photonics and Semiconductor Nanophysics. The research in our group is aimed at unravelling all aspects of the growth, structural analysis and the electronic, photonic and magnetic properties of III/V semiconductor nanostructures. We intend to understand these aspects of semiconductor nanostructures and their relation in order to apply nanostructured semiconductor materials effectively in optical communication and other fields important for society.
